We always suffer from various diseases. Health fitness can easily keep us away diseases.We have to visit doctors for diseases.If we have health fitness,we can reduce visiting doctors.By taking a balanced diet,drinking pure water ,taking regular exercise having a deep sleep and avoiding bad habits,we can ensure health fitness which will prevent diseases.With a view to prevention of diseases we have to ensure the bellow things:-
1)To take a lot of fish.
2)To take ginger.
3)To drink honey.
4)To drink green tea
5)To take onion.
6)To take banana
7)To eat black berry
8)To take fineapples
9)To take oysters
10)To take garlicks
11)To take cabbage
There are other things also.We should take fresh vegetables,fruits,drink milk.We must take a fruit everyday,drink a glass of milk,take regular exercise,drink much water,have a sound sleep to enjoy health fitness which will keep away diseases
