What is a balanced diet


Health fitness is dependent on taking a balanced diet.A balanced diet is a kind of food consisting of all necessary food elements essential for the body.A balanced diet must contain protein,carbohydrate,fat,vitamin, mineral and water. Everybody must be in the habit of taking all these foods everyday.If there is lack of any kind of food in the body,there may cause many problems.In order to  keep health fitness,we should be habituated to take a balanced diet .
There are too many benefits for taking a balanced diet.These are as bellow:-
1)A healthy balanced diet can increase life expectation.If life expectation increases,we can enjoy health fitness throughout  the life.If we have health fitness,we can enjoy healthy body,mind and soul together.
2)A healthy balanced diet can keep away us from many diseases.If we are free from diseases,we can easily get health fitness.With a view to keeping health fitness,we should take a balanced diet regularly.
3)A healthy balanced diet helps us to manage proper body weight.If we have a proper body weight,we can enjoy health fitness quite easily.
4)A balanced diet can assure proper functioning of the body.If we can be assured proper functioning of the body, we can  obtain health fitness.
5)A healthy balanced diet helps to be young,flawless,energetic and active.If we can keep away from diseases, dullness,.,laziness,we can gain health fitness.
For enjoying a diseases free life,a better life style,proper body weight and functioning of the body ,there is no alternative of gaining health fitness.To ensure health fitness,we have to habituate to take a balanced diet on the regular basis.
